At 120 CFS average flow (optimal range 50–300), this urban greenway offers paddling through developed corridors before reaching tidal influence in the lower section near East Providence. The East Providence Conservation Commission manages access along the Ten Mile River Greenway. Narrow River Kayaks provides outfitting services for the run.
